Infrastructure change: From Colocation to Cloud

We made the jump from colocation to the cloud this weekend and as both founders are now living abroad, we should see a sharp increase in stability and dependability from our services now that keeping the hardware up is someone else's job. It's been hard to manage from the other side of the planet. As such, we've got some hardware that we'd like to rid ourselves of. First come, first serve to those who want it (free) but you'll have to facilitate a local pick up as we will not ship. Hardware is located in Salt Lake City, UT.

• 10,000 unique customers OR 200k in revenue
• 2 full time employees
• Assemble a board
• Acquire an initial round of funding (50k or more)

Within a year (Personal) -

• 10k in savings
• Quit my day job

Within two years (Versant Voice) -

• 500k in revenue
• 10 full time employees

Within two years (Personal) -

• 25k in savings
• 10k in investments (assorted)

Within three years (Versant Voice) -

• 2MM in revenue
• 20 employees

Within three years (Personal) -

• 50k in savings
• 20k in investments (assorted)

Within 5 years (Versant Voice) -

• 10MM in revenue
• 50 employees
• 2 locations

Within 5 years (Personal) -

• 100k in savings
• 50k in investments (assorted)
• Second startup

Within 10 years (Versant Voice) -

• 50MM in revenue
• 200 employees
• 10 locations (two international)

Within 10 years (Personal) -

• 500k in savings
• 300k in investments (assorted, with 100k being angel investments)
• Third startup

Before I die (Personal) -

• Own a domestic football club (Real Salt Lake?) and be heavily invested in a Philippines professional league
• Have a collection of Rolls Royce Phantoms
• Own a 100m yacht
• Own a private jet
• Own a home in the US, Brazil, South Africa, China, and Liechtenstein
• Invest heavily in private space exploration
• Live aboard the ISS
• Have a net worth of 5BB or more
